TIGER helicopters deployed in the Central African Republic/

Certified mid-November and qualified by the Head office of the procurement (DGA) November 21st, 2014, two Support and Destruction Helicopters (HAD) TIGER were deployed, three days later, on the airport of BANGUI, the capital of the Central African Republic.

Operated by the 1st Regiment of armed helicopters (RHC) of PHALSBOURG (Moselle / Lorraine / France), they received for mission to support the operations led to the ground by the Multidimensional Integrated(joined) Mission of stabilization of rhe United Nations in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA).

The TIGER HAD are armed, among others, with a rocket-launcher contining 22 rockets.
